Machine Information:
HSI series slitter is perfect for the serious slitting all sorts of flexible packaging supplies as properly as label inventory & paper. The slitter comes normal with razor cutters and groove roller configuration. A shear cutter method is supplied as option for paper and other pressure delicate resources. The device employs a few AC Vector Drives and has computerized rigidity on unwind and rewind managed through effortless-to-use PLC & MMI touch display. The equipment features a vacuum roller that keeps the material steady in the course of operation at higher speeds 400m/min. Friction rings are utilised on rewind shafts to ensure the manufacturing of top quality slit rolls when the movie thickness varies.
